The original concept was born out of the frustration of locating a professional business broker who knows what it takes to run a business and not just to sell one! Estate agents tend to specialise in home and farm sales, while our busines brokers at BizNet have a wealth of business experience. All of us have owned and run our own businesses, which makes us the ideal business brokers.

We at BizNet Business Brokers pride ourselves in listing good businesses for sale in South Africa and doing a Due Diligence wherever possible. If we feel a business is over-priced, we will advise the seller! A usual rule of thumb is 15 to 20 months proven profit to establish a sale price, but it is often difficult to prove accurate profit in the smaller businesses. We encourage prospective purchasers to spend time in the business that they are interested in, as there is nothing like getting a hands on feel. We send out a newsletter each week of new businesses listed to prospective purchasers on our database. Over the next 2 years, we will build a franchise network to cover the whole of South Africa to list as many good businesses for sale in South Africa as possible.
